Dear Sister,
This letter is to let you know that on January 8, 2016, Thursday, I will not
be able to report yet on duty. I regret to inform you of this but I have to extend
my stay here at home because my youngest son, who is about 10 months old,
is being sickly as of this writing; he has been suffering from asthma and he
needs a lot of attention for the time being. Also, we have not found yet a
nanny for him thus obliging me to extend my stay here for another week to
take care of my son personally.
With this information, I plan to report for duty on January 15, 2016,
Friday, as I will travel back there on the Thursday of that week.
I hope you understand my current situation as I am doing my best to
settle my family here in the best condition before I leave.
