Language-This week we are completing our study of pronouns.

We will
have a test on Thursday. We will complete a study guide on Wednesday.

Reading We are on Unit 4 week three this week. Our stories are A Telephone Mix-up and The Moon Over Star. They are Historical Fiction. Our skills
are making predictions, Point of view, synonyms, and context clues. Our reading
test is on Friday.

Spelling-This week all our words have closed syllables (always begins and
ends in consonants and has a short-vowel sound). Our test will be Friday. Alphabetical order is on Tuesday night for homework.

Math We are completing our study of chapter 8 on multiplying fractions. We

will take a test next week. Students will have some homework this week!

each student no later than Thursday,
February 14. Our party will be from
1:15-2:00. We have 25 students, and
