    bythedeathsbothpartieshaveenduredthroughoutthesedecades,

    Furtherregrets
    thattherehavebeenanestimated8,000Palestiniandeathsandan
    estimated1,500Israelideathssince2014,

    Recognizing
    theIsraeliandPalestinianconnectiontotheholylandinIsrael,located
    betweenthe
    JordanRiver
    andtheMediterraneanSea,aswellintheEasternBankofthe
    JordanRiver,

    Furtherreminds
    thatbecauseofthisconnectionIsraelisahomelandtothePalestinian
    andJewishpeople,

    Havingconsidered
    thePalestinianpeopleslossoflandtotheIsraelipeoplefrom1946to
    2007,

    Observing
    thefactthatonSeptember14,2015,136countriesmotionedforaresolution
    recognizingPalestineasanonmemberobserverstate,(Resolution67/19),

    Drawstheattention
    tothestoryofRafat,aPalestinianfromarefugeecampinOccupied
    Palestineemphasizestheimportancetoendthisconflict,sayingmysufferingislong,
    painful,andcontinuous,

    Takesnoteof
    Israel'srapidlyincreasingpopulation,anaccumulatingissuefortheIsraeli
    peoplesresources,

    Deeplyconvinced
    thatinlightoftheseserioussituationsthefollowingshouldbetaken
    intoconsideration,

    1. Emphasizes
    theimportanceofcomingtoanagreementonthisissuethathas
    lastedfor100years


    2. Encourages
    theUnitedNationstoconsideratwostateagreementbetweenthe
    PalestinianandIsraelipeople:

    (a) WithastateforPalestinealongtheJordanRiverandtheStateofIsrael

    (b) WithIsraelistatebordersas
    Lebanontothenorth,theGolanHeightsand
    Syriatothenortheast,theWestBankandJordantotheeast,theGaza
    StripandEgypttothesouthwest

    3. Furtherresolves
    thatthePalestiniansreceivehumanitarianaidfromtheUnited
    NationsinthenewlyestablishedPalestineiftheyacceptthisresolution

    4. Recommends
    thestateofIsraelbegiveneconomicaidtohelpsupporttheirlossof
    resourcesfromrapidoverpopulationinexchangeforacceptingthisnegotiation,

    Furtherdeclaring
    thePalestinianandIsraelipeopleaccesstotheirholyland
    withinthestateofIsraelandthenewlyestablishedstateofPalestine:

    (a) With
    bothpartiesheavilymonitoredbyUNpeacekeeperstoensure
    PalestiniansandIsraelissafety

    (b) With
    peacekeepersnonuseofforceexceptinselfdefenseanddefenseof
    themandate

    6. Furtherinvites
    militaryactiontobelimitedunlessabsolutelynecessary:
    (a) With
    theexceptionofacircumstancesuchasarevoltorviolentaction
    againstaparty,peacekeeperswillintercept

    7. Furtherreminds
    thatthethesecountriesbemonitoredbyUnitedNation
    Peacekeepersforfour(4)yearstoensurethesafetyofbothparties,andthatthey
    mayliveinpeace

    8. Encourages
    thepossibilityofthissolutionforthisongoingcrisissothatboth
    partiesmaybecontentandpeaceful.
