De Jesus 3r., Chairman, BEI of sak precinct was allegedly caught by certain, Gaspar Bandoy, designated Poll Watcher of Sneumbent Mayor Joel C. Panaligan on the’act of switching the last fifty ballots cast at said precinct for official canvassing, When Gaspar Bandoy questioned the alleged switching, ‘t Engered the Chairman and ordered him to be eut of the poling precinct. Mr. Bandoy then proceeded to the Heacquarters of Mayor Panaligan and when he retumed, he has with him their legal counsel ATTY. CRISPIN PEREZ.;Upun arrival, Atty. Perez and some of theic supporters went inside the poling precinct but they were followed by certain JESUS VILLAROSA who uttered words in the vernacular to wit: SINO ANG NANGGUGULO DITO. Mr, Villarosa further told ATTY PEREZ, HUWAG KANG MAKIALAM DITO. At this point, Atty. Perez left the polling precinct and tension among the supporters followed. In order to have control over the issue, Mr. Romulo S. De Jesus Jr immediately executed a letter request on the same date, address to PINSP.ROLLYFER CAPOQUIAN for police assistance. ‘That immediately thereafter, joint PNP Personnel this MPS led by: PINSP RAYMOND TAQUIQUI BALBUENA and 408" PPMG led by PINSP METCHILLE BARETTE DELIGERO with augmented personnel from 33 SAC, SAF and RMGMIMAROPA were dispatched to the vicinity for crowd contro! measures. : (02.
