Draft of the project:

Country: Yemen
To begin with the topic Im going to give some characteristics of Yemen.
Yemen is a bicontinental country located in the Middle East and Africa.
Its Asian side is located in the Mashreq, south of the Arabian Peninsula.

Socotra
Island is in Africa. Its capital and largest city is Sana'a.
The official language is Arabic.
Their territorial area is 527 968 km and total population is 25,235,079
citizens. Let me stress that Yemen is one of the poorest countries among
the Arab countries

Then I will talk about the agriculture of Yemen.

In Yemen only 1% of the surface is irrigable, the economy remains very

archaic.
In the agricultural sector should cite cereal crops (millet, sorghum, wheat)

and coffee. This country has good varieties of this crops

The main cash crop in is Khat Yemen and now covers some 145,000
hectares of land. Khat is the common name of Catha edulis, a tree of
East Africa whose leaves have effects estimulantes. El khat is a drug, but
is legally consumed in Yemen, Somalia and Ethiopia. In Yemen, 80% of
the population consumes this plant

To continue I will explain 'about the typical food of Yemen. This is saltah, it is
one of the most popular dishes for lunch.
The base plate has its origins in a stew made of Turkish meat called
maraq, is accompanied by a paste of fenugreek (can be found between
the wheat fields of the Iberian peninsula), the sahawiq (a mixture of
chillies, tomatoes, garlic and various chopped herbs in a sauce.) rice,
potatoes, scrambled eggs, and various vegetables. It is usually eaten
with flat bread.
To conclude I want to say that all countries have culture, food, crops and
food with many differences. That differences make special and unique all
the countries.
