COMES NOW JOHN DOE, the Aggrieved party Defendant (the DEFENDANT) appearing as
an injured and aggrieved party, upon MOTION FOR MANDATORY JUDICIAL NOTICE to
move this Court of Record to take mandatory judicial notice of the following matters set forth

authorized representative, priority security interest holder and accommodation party to
the registered person and U.S. Citizen JOHN DOE in the above-captioned action.
