Teacher replacement

Respected Sir,
It is stated that we (2010 Mechanical engg.) request the
replacement of teacher (Engr. Abdul Bari Farooq). Sir it is an old saying that
A teacher is a spiritual father.
But there is one teacher who does not want to be a spiritual father. We are really
very sorry to say that Sir Abdul Bari Farooq Sb is not able to be called as a father.
Because he behaves us so silly that sometimes we feel very guilty and we think that
we have committed a sin by taking admission in a mechanical dept. of BZU.
Respected Head of Department, We are really very sorry to say that we do not want
to study from him anymore. Sir we can accept any teacher but we cannot bear him.
Sir we know that it not well for students to write such an application but we are
compelled to do this. Sir if he will stay here for some months, we are sure that he
will make us mental patients. Sir we cannot express our feelings in words. Some
solid reasons are given below. Please read these reasons carefully.
The reasons are listed below.
1) Behavior of teacher is irritating in the class. His Lecture starts at 8.00 A.M and
when any student comes even just one minute late, he used to scold him and
sends him out. But sometimes he himself comes late. But there is no rule for
him.
2) Many times he has declared openly that in final year he would fail half of the
class.
3) About three months have passed; he has taught us only two or three topics.
And we are not clear about our syllabus. Instead of teaching, he in the class
points out students and makes them frightened without any reason.
4) Every week he assigns us some work but when we do this, he says that that
this work has no value.
5) His mentality does not match with students. He asks questions from students
and after it he says that all students are wrong but only he is true.
6) He has mentally torched whole of the class, so as final year students we
cannot study in that sort of situations.
7) Sir you know about him what he did to the 2009 session, we are afraid that
he can do that with and can fail half of our class also.

So please kindly consider our request as an important issue, we whole class

will be thankful to you.
