That I, ANTONIA M. ALIPO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence
and postal address at Purok Santan, Tawagan Sur, Pagadian City after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
That the land I sold to EBNO ABDUL MAJID C. MARUHOM which represents my
share in the property described under TCT No. T-46,987 with an area of 1,613 sq.m. by virtue of
Deed of Absolute Sale of a portion of land under Doc. No. 8653; Page No. 30; Book No. XXIII;
Series of 2016 of Notary Public Emiliano R. Deleverio dated January 7, 2016 does not
exceed five (5) hectares;
That the above subject portion of land is not worked by any tenant nor agricultural lessee;
That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 1,
Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction
is within my retention limit not exceeding five (5) hectares.
