2. Covering Letter (Original).

3. Sponsorship Letter (Original), refer attachment no. 12. Sample Sponsor Letter
4. Educational Certificates of students (Photocopy)
5. Salary Slips for 6 months of the Sponsor (Photocopy)
6. ITR for 3 years of the Sponsor (Photocopy)
7. Bank Statements for 6 months of Sponsor (original signed and sealed by bank)
8. Payment Receipt from FTM of NZ$ 9,150 (Photocopy)
9. Letter of Offer and Course Price Letter of FTM (Photocopy)
10. Identity Proof: Pan Card, Aadhar Card etc (Photocopy).
11. Licenses: Any Indian or Foreign License (Photocopy).
12. Passport (Original)
13. Two Passport Size Colour Photographs as specified in the NZ Application form
14. Visa Application Fee:

Bank Draft of Rs. 8,600 in the name of IMMIGRATION NEW ZEALAND payable at
PAR.

Bank Draft of Rs. 900 in the name of TT Services.
