Dear Mi-. Leopold:
This letter responds to your recent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request received
by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) and assigned to the
Consumer & Governmental Affairs (CGB) and Enforcement (EB) Bureaus by the
Commission's FOJA Office on December 29, 2015. Your request seeks copies of
complaints "mentioning or referring to Donald Trump, remarks Mr. Trump has made
during presidential debates, television appearances and broadcast interviews." Also we
are responding to your request electronically. 1
My staff conducted a search of the databases containing informal complaints. According
to the Commission's Records Control Schedule for Informal Complaints ("Records
Control Schedule"), the Commission is not required to maintain informal complaints and
related correspondence for more than three years after the case is closed. See Ni-i 73-0 71, FCC' Disposition Authority. Therefore, all complaint records prior to January 1, 2013,
have been purged pursuant to the Records Control Schedule. My staff identified
approximately thirty-five responsive documents. EB did not identify any additional
documents.
FOIA and FCC rules require the FCC to charge requesters for time spent searching for
and reviewing responsive documents, and for copying them.2 Based on your
classification as a representative of the news media, you are responsible only for the
payment of duplication costs beyond the first 100 pages. Because preparing the response
to your request falls within these limits, there is no charge for processing your request.
If you consider this to be a denial of your FOJA request, you may seek review by filing
an application for review with the Office of General Counsel. An application for review

This encompasses so many broadcasts, but an example would be the GOP 'debates' where so much
hate speak is happening. By definition, this is assault and terrorism on the American citizenry. Donald
Trump saying we're going to round up and deport all muslims? Now you have American children in fear
of being kicked out of their home and country. These hate speeches are inciting people to violence.
How can the FCC continue to let this go on? If a person can get arrested for going into a crowded
theater and shouting 'fire', why isn't a person broadcasting hate speech and inciting violence arrested
and held accountable? Palm tells her fans to put a target on some congress persons and then Giffords
gets shot in the head. Cause and effect...
It should be the FCC's mission to make sure assault and incitement to violence is NOT broadcast.
There used to be a rule that opinion must be labeled as Opinion, not fact. Then if someone ranted,
everyone knew it was just that person's opinion. Today, so much opinion and hatred is broadcast as
fact. The FCC is failing to protect the rights of the citizenry not to be assaulted. If you need to start with
one person, start with Donald Trump, as he is the most widely seen right now. CNN and other
broadcasters and moderators of these debates MUST stop this hateful behavior. It is the FCC's job to
make sure it is stopped. Will you do your job?

Trump's description of a bathroom break as "disgusting" and his reference to his opponent as being
"schlonged" put him in the dangerous demigog position. He should not be allowed to pollute the

Why hasn't MSNBC been investigating why the Pope gave a message, a mini-Catholic Mass to the
Congress of the United States of America? Is President Obama protecting something? Is President
Obama impeachable for that? Why did former Speaker of the House of Representatives John Bohenor
resign? Was he impeechable for that? If so, then former Speaker of the House John Bohener
committed a crime against the United States of America and if so the United States Marshalls or the
Federal Bureu of Investigation need to go question him. If John Bohener refuses, their are laws on the
books that allow suspects of a crime to be taken into Police Custody. Use those Laws. Donald Trump is
right, The United States of America is a Nation of Laws. If John Bohener is guilty of violting the
Constitution of the United States of America then he deserves jail time. If a Jury determines that John
Bohener committed treason against the United States of America, then he may deserve the Death
Penalty. If President Barak Hussain Obama is guilty of violating the Constitution of the America and if he
is found guilty by a Jury then he deserves jail time too, and may deserve the Death Penalty too. I pray
to God that President Obama has not comitted this crime. I care about President Barak Hussain
Obama, his friends, and his family a great deal and this would hurt me and my friends and family an
aweful lot, It would make my Social Security Representative Payee and her husband, my Dad happy.
There is only I President of the United States at a time. Only ONE. Former President George Bush, II
violated the Constitution of the United States of America when he signed into Law the Patriot Act. The
Constitution of the United States of America guarantees everyone who lives on the United States of
America's soil or incorporated water - People in Oregon live on the Columbia River - , the Right to
Privacy and a Woman's Right to Choose to have an abortion or not to have an abortion. Why did Chris
Matthews declare with glee that he is a Catholic on National Television, that is too expensive for
everyone to afford? Are we protecting Chris Matthews because he worked for Former President William
Jefferson Clinton? Lenna Kuurmaa and I want Hillary Clinton to win the White House too, but if the
reason that MSNBC and Chris Matthews are not doing there jobs has anything to do with politics and
not wanting to make Hillary Clinton's husband's former aid look bad, then it needs to stop. Any person in
elected or appointed office is impeachable for that. Why is MSNBC is not investigating why Congress

was allowed to try to establish the Catholic Religion as an official Religion of the United States of
Amercia, then we need to pursue impeachment of President Obama. Why isn't FOX News investigating
this? I saw the Pope doing something, on FOX News on my Social Security Representative Payee's
sewing room's Television set on FOX News. I couldn't get her to stop watching it and get her talk with
me. I didn't bother with CNN. I couldn't get the Pope off my TV. Where was the Federal Communication
Comission that day? President Barak Hussain Obama went to St. Francis Assisi Catholic School. Did

Building of the United States of Amercia, and to anyone in earshot from the backside of the Capital

Biden, Jr. for a Pardon, and resign his Elected Position. Vice President Joeseph Robinette Biden, Jr. is
Catholic too right? Did Vice President Joeseph Robinette Biden, Jr. do anything to enable Pope Francis'
crimes against the United States of America. There isn't anyone to Pardon the Vice President Joesph

You need to keep reading and get this to President Barack Obama. I haven't decided what I'm going to
do with his information. All I'm could be guilty of is comitting a sin against the God of Isreal God
Almighty, but I know that I'm saved by the sacrifice the Lord Jesus the Christ made, if I don't do
anything else with this. I'm not promising anything. I not promising that I will not go to the Official
Arizona Office for the 5th Federal Congressional House of Representative District of my House of
Representative Matt Salmon and give him this information. I don't know what I'm going to do yet. I know
what a conscience is.
On the Late Show with Stephen Colbert on the Columbia Broadcasting System there was a Catholic
Choir singing one of my favorite Three Dog Night songs "Joy to the World." A word in the lyrics was
changed. It was gross. Did Three Dog Night get payed for that, or did the Columbia Broadcasting
System steal from that musical artist like they did from Vanilla Ninja too!? Were they too busy keeping
Citizens of the United States of America out of buildings owned by anyone who pays taxes to the
Federal Government of the United States of America. I tried to tell you that day I visited the FCC on 12
St S.W. that ESPN and Stanford were doing something to make Christian McCaffrey win the Heisman
Trophy. I was kept on the outside, and look what happened. Christian McCaffrey finished third in
balloting for the Heisman Trophy and so is now guaranteed a gigantic paycheck from the National
Football League. What about Keenany Reynolds? Did he get discriminated against because Kennan
Reynold volunteerd to fight and risk his life to Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States
of America, because Nissan will have to wait at least FIVE years before they can hire him to do
television commercials for him? What are those Japanese assholes up to? Really you think that just
because General McArthur led the rebuilding of Japan, that all those Japanese companies Support and
Defend the Constitution of the United States of America? Really, Mr. President you abridge my rights to
protest outside the front door of the Federal Communication Commission with strong armed security
guards. I'm very very close to visiting my Congressional House of Representative, finding where
Senator Jeff Flake's office is, and Senator John McCain's office is. Senator McCain was a Prisoner of
War in Vietnam while Supporting and Defending the Constitution of the United States of America. I'd
follow him back into battle.
If I move to Estonia, I might drive to Italy, find a Fiat Dealer and order a Dodge RAM.
I'm pissed. My Social Security Representative Payee has gotten stronger since the Pope visited and
Spoke to a Joint Session of Congress. My Social Security Representative Payee this week told me that I
was crazy because I was trusting Jesus to take care of my financial problems. The Bible did once say
that you can't please God without Faith. It was written by Paul and was in the Book of Romans. The
Social Security Administration prohibits my right to freely exercise my choosen

President Obama is impeachable for continuing allow the Social Security Administration to violate my

On the phone and on that website. I wasn't allowed by President Obama's security to go inside the
building where the Social Security Administration. President Obama claims that he is about
Transparancy, but I drove around for days trying to figure out what building the SSA is in. The Security
at the Wilbur J Cohen building lied and told me that the Social Security Administration was not in that
building. President is also impeachable because President Barak Hussain Obama endorses the
elimination of everyone else to freely exercise the religion they choose to have or choose not to have. It
has been months and not a single person from the Social Security Administration has called my Social

Security Representative Payee and informed her that the Oath she took in a Federal Building in
Phoenix, Arizona with me and her husband Gale Duane Orth witnessed, that she is not allowed to do
that. No one from the Social Security Administration has called my Social Security Representative
Payee and informed her that she is not allowed to withhold food for any reason, especially if withholding
food allows her to use my Social Security Disability Insurance money to pay my credit card debts. Why
am I still getting Social Security Disability in the first place?
President Obama has wasted the last seven years. I am not Mormon. I can't stop getting discriminated
against when I apply for jobs. The Social Security Administration thinks that I'm insane because I'm lost
so too many jobs. What, I'm crazy because I exercised my rights and quit my job? Quiting a job is
insane? The Constitution of the United States of America guarantees me the right to Freedom of
Choice. What? The Constitution of the United States does in fact guarantee a woman has the right to
choose to kill her unborn baby, I have the right to quit my job. Because of my choose religion I refused
to lie to the Customers of AT&T? I had an AT&T Smartphone then. I knew what AT&T customer service
was like. The Social Security Administration determined that I was disabled after I was fired from that
job. Why is ASAP, Managed Services near Atlanta out of business? Was I fired for doing the right thing
and because eveeryone else was doing the wrong thing AT&T pulled ASAP, Managed Services'
contract? I've quit many many jobs because we workers get no Justice. President Obama has not been
looking out for me or the rest of us getting discriminated against in the workplace for not being
Mormons. I can't get a job because I can't support Mormonism and get angry at the job. Yesterday I got
angry and called the Arby's cashier an asshole. A guy behind me got angry and said "We have kids
here. You have to stop." I told him I had Freedom of Speech, he bowed his head to the right and
laughed. I ate food in my car outside. I have a medicaid renewal form for Carmen Chavez. I accidently
opened it thinking it was for me and proved more Social Security Fraud from the State of Arizona. I tried
one day last week in afternoon to return it to the United States Postal Service. There was one person
working. The line was so long that I was worried that the Post Office would close before the I got to the
one Postal Worker. There needs to be more Postal Workers than anticipated demand. It is Snow-Bird
season. There are people here from Minnesota, Wisconsin, California, Ohio, South Dakota, Michigan,
and many other states that have Winter. They go to the Post Office. There are people here from British
Columbia, they might go to the Post Office too. At Arby's yesterday, after 2:50 pm when I placed tried to
place my Arby's order, I got frustrated and told the Arby's Cashier to stop being an asshole, after eating
my food in my car, I saw a United States Postal Service Postperson's vehicle. The ones they use to
deliver the mail. I went up to the United States Postman's vehicle and tried to give him Carmen
Chavez's Medicaid Renewal form. He looked at it and said "That's from Mesa I'm not dealing with that."
He asked me questions but wouldn't let me explain. I blamed the Republicans for the problems with lack
of workers in the Post Office. This United States Postman got angrier, told me to stop talking about
Politics. He wouldn't let me answer his questions. He told me that I got into an argument inside the
Arby's. I told him that he works for me because I pay taxes that goes to his job. He yelled at me and
said "Taxes don't pay for us, Stamps do." I buy stamps. Bullshit. Getting I got intimidated/reproved by
the Federal Government of the United States of America by the United States Postal Service yesterday
outside an Arby's becasuse I cared about my fellow American and tried to get her her Medicaid
Renewal form. The Arizona Department of Economic Security will tell her that they mailed it. Now, I
have to go to the Post Office again Monday morning. This woman needs this form. It isn't up to me to
figure out what she is going to think of the United States Postal Service vehicle number and notes on
the back of her envelope means, or why she didn't get it. I know she needs it. I have a moral obligation
to do my part to try to make it possible for her to renew Medicaid. This Postal worker has a higher moral
responsibilty. I felt like he was interogating me. He told me that opening Carmen's envelope was a
Federal Crime and threatned to call the Mesa Police on me. When I memorized the vehicle number he
was in yesterday he drove off fast. Was he trying to win the Daytona 500? The vehicle number this
Postman was in is 3300284. Why don't all Postal Workers wear name tags? President Obama claims
that he is for transparency. This guy needs to be fired Monday. Is he protected by the Postal Worker's
Union? President Ronald Regan fired the Air Traffic Controlers from the Federal Avaiation
Administration. Something can and must be done to this guy. President Barack Hussain Obama is
impeachable because on his watch a citizen of the United States of Amerca was threatned by someone
who works directly for the President of the United States of America. I was threatned by the President of
the United States of America, by proxy. President Obama needs to stop meeting with families of people
who had relatives that may have been murdered. He needs to get off vacation and gets his ass off

vacation and get back to work. I have moral conflicts all the time. I had to invoke my rights to take a
Sabbath day off Yesterday, because in the Book of Genesis the Bible says that on the seventh day God
Rested. That allowed me to ignore all the anti-American information on my Television set. I'm not
getting paid for this. President Obama get's paid 2 million dollars a year, doesn't have to clean his own
home, shop for his own food, or even cook it. He has the best health care in the country. I pay 104
dollars a month for my health insurance, Is President Obama now going to go visit the families of every
person who has friend or family member who may have been murdered? No one has yet been
convicted of Terrorism. Let the FBI do their job. President Obama, needs to get his ass back to
Washington District of Columbia. I'm sorry to have to inform him. He still has a little over a year left on
the job we elected him too. He can take a vacation the day after the next President of the United States
of America is innaugurated.
I think we need to know what they say at the City of Mesa Grande Cultural Park. How else are we going
to proove that that park is proof that the State of Arizona has established a religion? I don't feel safe to
go there. I don't have a Federal Bureu of Investigation Identification Badge to keep from from getting
arrested or taken to the Urgent Psychiatric Center. Mormon's lie, If it gets tough enought against them,
the Mesa Police might arrest me anyway. If it gets tought enough I might get killed. I don't have the
Secret Service to protect me. The Federal Bureu of Investigation is miles from my home. At 8 o'clock in
the morning the FBI drinks coffee. I can testify in court of law or an impeachment trial to that. Really the
Hohkam Native American's exisited? And it is proven that they existed from sometime between 1200
AD. to 1400 A.D. ? And that park is a recognized by Department of the Interior as a Historic Place? I
can testify in court of law that I read that. I'm willing and begging you to make that possible, send me a
subpoena. I took an Oath to Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States. Just because I
fired from the United States Navy I don't see any reason I have to stop Supporting and Defending the
Constitution of the United States of America. I searched htts://www.doi.ov/ website for a Historic
Places. I couldn't find proof that there is a Historical Place recognition by the Deparment of the Interior.
What are you stupid? Didn't you graduate from High School? Send the Federal Bureu of Investigation
the Mesa Grand Cultural Park and take a photo of that sign. Then start pursuing action against the
people that Governmen of the State of Arizona. This is more important that the Freddie Gray trial. Put
Governor Jan Brewer in prison, Governor Doug Duecy in Prison. What does former Governor
Napolitano know? Is she guilty too, put her prison too. Is their proof they didn't follow the Constitution of
the United States of America? Do we still have the Death Penalty in the Federal Court System? Cut
deals with them, make their prison sentences shorter, find out what they know, find out why they
approve of the City of Mesa Grande Cultural Park. Find out why former Governor Jan Brewer gave the
Mesa Grande Cultural Park a State of Arizona Park Service award. Jan Brewer and Doug Duecy have
committed crimes for telling We the People of Arizona that the Mesa Grande Cultural Park is a
recognized Historical Place by the Federal Government of the United States of America. The park is
only open during Snow-Bird season. All those people from other States and the State of Arizona believe
that the Mesa Grande Cultural Park teaches the truth, becasue they trust the Federal Government of
the United States of America to protect them. Why would a park paid for with tax dollars say that the
park was recognized by the Department of the Interior, if it wasn't?
This is complete and utter bullshit. I'm extremely open to moving to Estonia to Marry Lenna Kuurmaa if
necessary. I'm extremely open to becoming an Estonian Citizen if it will make me a better Dad and
Husband. If she moves herself and her family to the United States of America why does it take 5 years
to be able to earn the right to vote? My friend Sergio, from Guatamala, told me that if he hadn't gotten a
speeding ticket that he would lose out on the ability to become a Citizen of the United States of America.
Is it going to be like that for Lenna and her/our Childdren and any other People that might choose to

conspiracy by the major networks to black out coverage of Bernie. He won TIME Magazine's Person of

"The corporately-owned may not like Bernie's anti-establishment views but for the sake of American

campaign manager. "Bernie must receive the same level of coverage on the nightly news as other
leading candidates."

The network news outlets have been unfairly covering the presidential candidates in this election cycle.
An example of this disparity; "ABC World News" spent 81 minutes talking about Donald Trump, the
Republican front-runner, and only one minute on Sanders. So, with the Fairness Doctrine now defunct,

I have attached pictures of Neil Cavuto on FOX News the day before the 11/10/15 Republican Debate.
Neil Cavuto odd looks somewhat like Donald Trump, like he and Donald are related. I got the
impression that he and FOX News wanted to influence people to support Mr. Trump. There are also
pictures of Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio graphics shown stating that the two of them are going up in the
polls. Ted Cruz is shown on screen with Neil Cavuto, but Marco Rubio was shown a picture by himself. I
regret not taking video here. Looking now it appears that FOX News may also have been promoting
Ted Cruz over Marco Rubio.

My parents are being influenced by the Toyota Rav4 commercial where the Dad tells his daughter on
her cellphone, while she is driving his blue
Rav4, "to take care of his Baby" (the Rav4), that material things are more important than life. I still get
yelled at because years ago I stopped my 2007 Red Ford Focus in the open gate at Tirlogy at Power
Ranch going out the exit. An ambulance was coming in entrance. The driver had problems with number
pad. A person inside the blue ambulance turned its emergency lights on. I jumped out with my pass key
card and let the ambulance through the gate. Really that Rav4 commercial is protected free speech? It
undermines our society. It socially engineers peoples minds. Now Toyota is showing a commercial for
Tundras. It in trucks are driving fast in sand with motorcycle's mixed with them. That would be very
dangerous, and there is not even a warning that says "Kids get your parents permission first (shows
that need this, should not be available for children to watch) Yes parents are responsible for their
children, but our government's job is to protect "We the People" and children are people too. Just
because someone is not old enough to vote, is an evil reason to protect their Constitutional rights. We
need to stop saying civil rights and change to saying Constitutional rights. Our Constitutional rights are
being eroded. I don't trust the Inspector General of the Social Security Administration. I reported to the
SSA, months ago, that my representative payee was not using my money to get me glasses. I almost
got ran over in Tennessee and North Carolina, because I couldn't see well in the dark and I'm having

This Saturday, November 7th, Saturday Night Live is going to have Donald Trump as host. A few weeks
ago they had Hillary Clinton on. The show should be required to have all legitimate candidates on, or
none at all. By selectively having candidates on, they are giving free television time. This decidedly
gives an advantage to those who are given access to the show. They are not acting in the public
interest when they do this.

I am filing a complaint for the use of a profane language broadcasted by our local radio station,
WLAD Danbury, CT. This violation occurred durring the Todd Schnitt radio show at 3:49 PM Monday
August 10th 2015. The use of the tem "asshole" was used at that time by a caller while describing
Donald Trump after the Republican national debate. I find the language used by radio and TV over
public airwaves becoming more crass and vulgar over the the past several years and I look to the

Presidential debate they held. Together, they conspired to ambush one of the candidates in the
debate. The motive was to humiliate the candidate & cause him to lose voters. Debasing questions
were asked to Donald Trump votes beginning with the first question. Every question asked to
Donald Trump were humiliating statements turned into questions. Then they skipped over Trump &
asked all the other candidates valid questions pertaining to Presidential issues, as if Trump was
unqualified to even ask the question.

2. An official who was on set during rehearsals has recounted that when Megyn Kelly practiced the
questions she was to ask Trump, a producer told her that "he'll go berserk." Kelly reportedly smiled
smugly, since that is actually what she wanted to happen.
In spite of this unethical conduct, Megyn Kelly had the audacity to go on TV and Lie. She blamed
Donald Trump & refused to apologize for what she called "Good Journalism."
BRIAN WILLIAMS WAS FIRED JUST FOR LYING.
It's sickening that the Fox moderators went into this debate planning to ambush Trump.

Dear FCC, I feel that CBS radio is spreading hate speech and discrimination against minorities and
refugees by providing the xenophobic Donald Trump many minutes of air time to spread his hate while
not providing equal time to people with differing views to counter the hatred. Said time seems to
constitute an illegal promotion/commercial of a rich, hate-filled candidate without providing a counter
voice. Such hatred is rampant in our society and we see hate groups spreading their infectious ideas
with the help of the corporate media. Additionally, many minutes were provided for Ben Carson to
promote his seditious speech against the government. Lastly, the station promoted a right wing
congressman's (did not get his name) call for further right wing propaganda without providing equal air
time to the other side or people who do not hate the government. In light of all the mass shootings and
hatred of government, I see that absolute need to counter such propaganda in our "marketplace of
ideas" as described by fmr. Supreme Court Justice Oliver W. Holmes. If our democratic republic is in
peril (I do not believe this), then why are things going much better than under George W. Bush? I see
this as a possible violation of campaign laws, spreading hate speech/xenophobia, and an irrational
hatred of government by those elected to govern. Please look into this matter and at least make CBS
provide equal air time to (rational) voices to counter the ignorance we had to hear this morning. Thank

Rich Lowry a guest on the Kelly show attacked two presidential candidates in a very offensive way by
saying one candidate cut off part of the other candidate's lower extremities. To be specific the
candidates referred to were Mrs. Fiorina and Mr. Donald Trump. I was embarrassed and offended as
was my family in our own home. I am requesting that there be a rebuke of such behavior and that Fox,

On Tuesday July 21, 2015
) I was watching the 'Jimmy Kimmel Show' on KOMO TV Seattle. He showed
Donald Trump giving the( number of Senator Graham. They did not block out number as other shows
did but allowed the number
6 to be broadcast. This is a clear violation of Federal and Washington State
law. Also a clear violation) of FCC rules on public disclosure of private information.

This is not the first time Jehmu has been in trouble with FOX for a loose tongue and vile language.
On July 19, 2015 at approximately 8:49 a.m. EDT, Jehmu Greene, with Fox News (internet) "Raw
Story", then seen on television by others at approximately 10:00 a.m., EDT, Jehmu used the term
"douchebaggery" concerning Donald Trump.
Since she has been called on this type of reporting before, I am specifically requesting that Fox either
be suspended until the situation is corrected, or at least that she be removed from the televised/internet
reporting industry permanently.

Fox News & 3 Fox Anchors, Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace & Brett Bair were moderators in the Presidential
debate they held. Together, they conspired to ambush one of the candidates in the debate. The motive
was to humiliate the candidate & cause him to lose voters. Debasing questions were asked to Donald
Trump votes beginning with the first question. Every question asked to Donald Trump were humiliating
statements turned into questions. Then they skipped over Trump & asked all the other candidates valid
questions pertaining to Presidential issues, as if Trump was unqualified to even ask the question.
1. Details available in the recorded video of the debate.
2. An official who was on set during rehearsals has recounted that when Megyn Kelly practiced the
questions she was to ask Trump, a producer told her that "he'll go berserk." Kelly reportedly smiled
smugly, since that is actually what she wanted to happen.
In spite of this unethical conduct, Megyn Kelly had the audacity to go on TV and Lie. She blamed
Donald Trump & refused to apologize for what she called "Good Journalism."
BRIAN WILLIAMS WAS FIRED JUST FOR LYING.
It's sickening that the Fox moderators went into this debate planning to ambush Trump.
This was a conspiracy to manipulate voters in a Presidential Election.
It's deceptive, underhanded & unprofessional.
At minimum, it's a violation of an ethical code of conduct.
