Evaluation method:

- 50% - exam ( first date 14.01.2016)

- 30% - individual project (presented on 7th of January 2016)
- 10% - activity
- 10% - task (during the seminar 03.12.2015)
The project structure is as follows:
- find a hotel and describe it (location, services, design, etc)
- make a correlation between the location of the hotel design - target market, by
linking them with services offered by the hotel
- find the financial statements and calculate the financial indicators and the activity
ones (if possible) + interpretation
- try to figure out the problems that might appear inside the hotel and find a
solution in order to improve the activity of the unit
- find a financial resource for the idea of improvement (correlate it with the
financial statements and indicators that you have calculated) and explain why did
you choose that resource
