In consultation with Cooks and Chefs, the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship


Agency has developed new Apprenticeship Technical Training
designed to engage employers and apprentices, inspire talent and
build industry capacity with world class culinary skills. Our new
training is designed to create an exceptional experience for:

THE APPRENTICE: Flexible delivery options


and training schedules allow us to meet the
apprentice where they are.
THE EMPLOYER: Accessible training
schedules allow the employer to plan and
minimize operational disruption.
FLEXIBILITY: Engaged learning using online,
face-to-face and blended models.
MOBILITY: Refreshed curriculum with

provincial, regional and national recognized


outcomes.
