AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY
I, IRIS C. LICNA, of legal age, Filipino, single and with residence at
Barangay Maa, Davao City, after having duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and state:
That I hereby warrant that the persons who signed the
extrajudicial settlement of estate before notary public Atty. Rex B.
Porras, are indeed by brother and sisters, namely: JOCELYN
LICNA-TADLES, of legal age, Filipino, married to MARCELITO B.
TADLES with residence at Barangay Malabog, Paquibato District,
Davao City, ANALIE LICNA CARDEO, of legal age, Filipino,
married to FREDENZ CARDEO with residence at Barangay
Balagunan, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, IRENE C. LICNA, of legal
age, Filipino, single and with residence at Barangay Busaon, Tagum
City, and MARLON C. LICNA, of legal age Filipino, single and with
residence at Barangay Malabog, Paquibato District, Davao City, are
indeed my borther and sister;
That I am executing this affidavit to attest of the foregoing
facts and to apprise proper authorities as to the truthfulness
thereof considering that they failed to bring their competent
proof of identity.
