Library for management science will be made near animal house and this library will include
following requirements.

10 computers with LCD and other equipment.

Different type of books for management
At least 25 chairs along with tables
Book shelf
Wi fi system
6 fans
Disks for administrators
5 Registration book
25 Lights

The estimated cost for the library is Rs.800, 000 and will be fully decorated at total cost
Rs.50,000 and the cost for the other requirement is follows.

Library Service Needs
There is common library for management science in the university open hours, good collections
and access to other collections, computer and information services, and services and programs
for students and teachers.

Library Service Plan

The proposed library service plan was developed with these givens:
Serve every student in the management department.
Raise service levels of department by library standards
Library Hours
Operate management Library at least 8 hours per day from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Conclusion
A management Library is feasible at allocated cost of R.s 800,000. At this rate, the library can
provide sustainable service at a cost that is in line with operating a library that meets state library
standards at the adequate level.
The three major benefits of management Library are:
1. Materials: The proposed library would have access to the library materials held in the
GorgeLink database.
2. Access: The methods of access would employ familiar management system.
3. Delivery: A service is available to ensure materials arrive at end-users library locations of
choice.
