Student Task:

Students are asked to write a 5-sentence paragraph introducing

themselves to their host family in Spain before they travel abroad. In the
paragraph, they have to include their name, nationality, likes and dislikes.

For this writing item the following grammatical features will be also
tested:
-The use of the verb gustar
-The use of the verb ser

Grading Criteria

This activity is worth 10 points. 5 points for every grammatically correct

sentence. (Or for the right use of the verbs ser, and gustar). And 5 points for
including the general information asked in a coherent and logical way.
