Good evening, it is a pleasure to be here this evening at the
significance to me.
Having served 36 years in the U.S. Navy, I have witnessed

Every one of us at Irving Shipbuilding takes great pride in the

missions, successes, challenges and returns with interest

We take custody of their current ships to refit and repair
them, making them safer and more secure so that they have
