766 Alignment Template

This course is designed to improve the mystery shop score at Buffalo Wild Wings from a 74 to an 80. The
main way to improve the score is to incorporate the five categories of suggestive selling at every table by
incorporating different items from each category and interacting with guests to anticipate their needs. This
course is blended online instruction (yellow) paired with face-to-face practice (blue).
