1. PUBLIC COMMENT
Public comment will be taken during this agenda item. No action may be taken on a
matter raised under this item unless directed so by the Executive Board. Comments will
be limited to three minutes per person. Persons making comment will be asked to begin
by stating their name for the record, and if applicable, naming the organization, program,
or group they represent. The President may elect to allow additional public comment on a
specific agenda item when that agenda item is being considered.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

3. VOTE APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA

3a. Budget Update
Direct the IBC Treasurers Office to give an updated report on the current IBC budget.
3b. The Success Project
Direct the IBC to support Instagram projects for November 2015-January 2016.
3c. Incompletion of Executive Order 003
Direct the IBCP to update on Executive Order 003 for the Extended Board 2015-2016
regarding package pick-up and administrative accommodations.
3d. IB Program YouTube Channel
Direct the IBC Historians Office to update on IB Program Youtube channel operations.
4. ADD, REMOVE, EDIT REGULAR AGENDA
Direct the IBC to add, remove, or edit the regular IBC meeting agenda.
5. RECOGNITION SESSION
5a. Recognize IB attendees for the AOHT/IB 2nd Joint Conference on 12/9/15.
5b. 2015 IBC Presidential Wrap Up Recognition Presentation Session
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
6a. IB Winter Gear Attire Merchandise
Direct the IBC to update on the release and distribution of IB Winter Gear Merchandise.
6b. Field Trip Class Photos Proposal
Direct the IBCP to update on VHS Front Office operations regarding IB class photos.

6c. IBMYP Coordinator/Advisor Three Square Update

Direct the IBMYP IBC Advisor to update on the November 2015 drop off donations at
Three Square Las Vegas.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7a. First IB Dress Out Tuesday
Notify the public on the first VHS IB Program Wide Dress out Day on Tuesday, January
5th, 2015.
7b. IBC Calendar Updates
Direct the IBC Presidents Office to officially review the VHSIB Google Calendar.
8. STANDING COMMITTEE AND PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION MEETINGS
Direct the IBC to receive official updates on the following Presidential Commission and
Vice Presidential Standing Committee meetings:

Presidential Commission on Oversight and Governing Reform

Presidential Commission on Valley HS Inter-Council Ambassadors
Vice Presidential Committee on IB Program Quarterly Meetings
Vice Presidential Committee on IB Public Works Program Committees
Vice Presidential Committee on IB C/O 2016 Senior Graduation Banquet

9. PUBLIC COMMENT

10. IBC SUMMATIONS
Each IBC/Pentagon official will be given the opportunity to deliver a summation speech to the
assembling body, relevant to the meeting at hand or on announcements for the student body.
