Introduction

The teacher is going to explain the lesson. The lesson is

going to contain 2 different sports that have both similarities
and differences. Can anyone give me any example that
contains both? (doesnt have to be sport related) The class
will be split up in 2 groups, one doing volleyball, the other
focusing on tennis. Then switch.

comparing/contrasting the two
sports of volleyball and tennis

Volleyball and tennis activities

Before they start the activity, I will have the students

demonstrate a couple of skills for both sports and provide a
quick video. Tell tem to note the similarities and differences
in the video. So they will be speaking it, if they see
something. Students will split up and start playing the games.
Teacher will be walking around for help and make sure
everyone is moving.
