Ang pagkilala sa pamantasan bilang nangunguna sa agham at teknolohiya sa Rehiyon na pinamamahalaan ng gma lingkod-bayang nagtatalaga sa sarili at
may mabuting asal, kung saan ang:
a. kalinangan ng kahusayan, mabuting asal at pagtutulungan ay nananatili sa bawat kagawarang pang pamunuan; at
b. bawat dalubhasaan, kampus ay sentrong kaunlaran at kahusayan sa pagtuturo, sa pananaliksik, sa pagpapaabot serbisyo sa labas ng pamantasan, produksyon,
isport at pagpapaunlad ng kalinangan upang mahubog ang mga mag-aaral, ang mga nagtapos na, at iba pang kliyente upang maging mahusay na
tagapamuno, propseyunal man o batikan, katamtamang antas pang-kamanggagawa, sa laranagan ng agham, teknolohiya, eduakasyon, pamamahala, sining at
makabagong edukasyon at pagsasanay.

NEUST MISSION
1. To primarily provide advanced instruction, professional training in arts, science and technology, education and other related fields, undertake research and
extension services, and provide progressive leadership in these areas.
2. To offer graduate, undergraduate and short-term technical courses within areas of specialization and according to its capabilities, considering the needs of the

1. Makapagbiagy ng makabagong paraan ng pagtuturo, dalubhasang pagsasanay sa sining, agham, teknolohiya, edukasyon at iba pang kaugnay na larangan.
Magsagawa ng panananliksik at pag-aabot serbisyo sa labas ng pamantasan at makapagbigay ng mahusay na pamumuno sa mga larangang ito.
2. Magbukas ng kursong pang-paaralang graduado, pang-batsilyer at pinaikling kursong teknikal na naaayon sa kakayahan batay sa pangangailangan ng
lalawigan, rehiyon at bansa.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will provide students with an understanding of the basic concept about plants and animals, cell, tissue, organs and its function. It also
deals with the diversity and classification of plants and animals as well as their morphological structure. It aims to calculate the mind of student the desire to
know the various minute parts of plants and animals.
