article is important with supporting my argument about viewing weight loss

as a life style change. Despite few exceptions weight loss pills pose
serious health risks and have even led to several deaths.

Published by Milan Ross however Id like to credit the Doctors and crew from
Forks Over Knives. Sections like Meal delivery, Articles, The Film, Recipes,
the FOK Diet, and Events are accessible. However the success stories in
Articles, crew and cast in The Film, and tasty food in the Recipes sections
are of particular interest with my argumentative essay. Although I wont be
arguing a plant base diet is the best method to losing weight I will support
cutting back on meat, etc. In addition to emphasizing portion size, healthy
food can be tasty and doesnt cost as much as some people perceive it to
be. Forks over knives will support my argument with evolutionary,
biological, statistical evidence and data; revealing loosing weight is a
simple life style change. Applying this logic to your life will prevent weight
gain, keep your body in good health, save you from dieting scams resulting
in hundreds maybe thousands of dollars in savings, and most importantly
regaining your self worth and confidence.

supports my argumentative essay by providing tools to compare the cost of
diet programs or weight loss pills in comparison to the cost of a life style
change.

Dr. Vivian Goldschmidt writes the online article thats categorized in


sections by analyzing the food we eat, the worst offenders in those foods,
and healthy food replacements. The article does into depth about breakfast,
lunch, and dinner. Vivian describes specific ingredients commonly found in
each meal through the day along with why that ingredient shouldnt be
consumed. Then she describes enjoyable healthy food replacements. I
chose this article because my argumentative essay is on life style change
and we cant achieve that goal without knowing the ingredients that should
be avoided more often then not.
