Final Project: 80 POINTS!

PARTNER OPTION: You have just arrived in Spain to study for a semester and your host brother (or sister) has taken you out for
lunch so you can get to know each other. Choose 4 of the following boxes and create a conversation with one other person in class. You may
either create a skit and perform live in class or submit a video that will be shown in class. Make sure you follow the guidelines/rubrics that
follow in order to ensure you earn the maximum number of points possible! Remember.all answers must be in complete sentences and use
the vocabulary that we learned this semester.

1. Greeting
Greet each other by asking and answering the
following:
What is your name?
Where are you from?

Do you speak...?
4. La Clase y Nmeros
(Cul es tu clase favorita y por qu?)
Ask each other what their favorite class is & why.
The answer must include the following:
5 objects
5 different numbers
They word hay.

2. La Familia y Trabajos
Talk about your families!
Each of you name 5 family members and say
what their job is using complete sentences. No
family member or job may be repeated.
EX: My aunt is Rosa and she is a dentist.
*Your sentences must be in Spanish.
5. La Comida
(Remember, youre at a restaurant.)
Ask each other what you are going to eat.
Ask each other what you are going to drink.
Each partner must answer with 5 different food
items & 1 beverage. No food/beverage can be
repeated.

3. El Cuerpo
Ask each other about how you feel. Each
persons response must include the following:
How are you?
I feel. (health)
Im feeling. (emotion)
I have (or dont have) pain in my. (Tengo
dolor de OR No tengo dolor de.)
6. La Ropa y Colores
You see someone dressed oddly pass by the
restaurant. Describe him/her using complete
sentences. As soon as one of you describes the
oddly dressed person, a second and even MORE
oddly dressed person passes by. The other
partner will describe the second passerby.
(He is wearing.)
Answer with 5 different items and their color for
each person. No clothing or color can be
repeated.

The use of an online translator or bilingual friend or relative is considered CHEATING and appropriate academic
and disciplinary action will be taken.
If you choose to submit a video recording and your technology doesnt work on the day of presentations, you will
have to perform live in class.

are very curious about you! Make a video that includes all of the information from 4 of the following boxes. You may either present live in
