Personal
1. Im currently enrolled at Montclair High School, Im 16 years old age living with my guardians.
My hobbies include of singing, dancing, and playing sports. I love to make new friends, Im a
very fast learner, quite observant if I say so myself, always wanting to be open minded and try
new things. My favorite quote is If you have nothing nice to say, dont say anything.
2. As I had said before Im a fast learner, self-motivated and very observant.
3. I have very little pet peeves I must say, but one that really gets to me is that, if youre going to say
something and you dont end up doing it, its like why commit to something that you wont even
accomplish.

5.

Im currently looking for a part time due to attending school, but I hope in the near future I can
work full time on my days off, such as Winter break, Spring Break, etc.

Education/Training
1. My education background consists of having to work with others very well, Im currently taking
a class thats very productive and educational as to applying different situations and how to
handle them, not just that a class that also consists of learning how to be a retail salesman.
2. I have received an award once back in elementary for Student Council, meaning for perfect
attendance throughout the year, I felt like it was such an achievement; I mean I never missed a
day out of the school year, it was such a great year. A year ago I received a Varsity Letter and
Certificate for Most Valuable Player for the my schools Track and Field team 2014-2015, We had
gone to Prelims also called Championships, I being one of the top players in the school district
was such an achievement, it was one of the greatest high school year.

Work Experience
1. One of my biggest responsibilities have consisted of taking care of my niece at the age of 13, I
have gone through a huge responsibility and I have encountered and survived it, now shes 4
years old and perfectly fine. The reason why Im mentioning this is because the thought of having
to take care of your niece at the age of 13 will result in a disaster, nope, thats not what happened
in this case I have taken full on responsibility and Im proud to say that I have achieved it. I can
and will take on big responsibilities maybe as big as this or even bigger.

2. My management skills consist of managing my time, if I might say so myself Im perfect at that.
The way I manage my time to get homework done, and get back to school in time for my ROP
class is such an amazement. There was time a few years back, I was about to start freshmen year
and I have calculated how much miles was it from my home, and how many minutes was it going
to take to get there before school started to prevent from being late on the first day or any other
day. So as I was calculating, I have figured it out, and it approximately had taken me 30 minutes
getting there and coming back, it was almost 2 miles every day. So I had to wake up at 6:30am,
be ready by 7:00am and start making my way there. The time depended on my speed of walking,
personally I walk 100 steps every minute, so it takes me 20-30 minutes to get there before
7:57am. It has been that way ever since then.
3. My teachers, coaches I strongly believe they mention that Im an outstanding student, player, and
team leader. Always with a great attitude even when on bad days, I somehow find a way to selfmotivate and find the highlights of my day and not my flaws.
4. Definitely, I self-motivate myself to do better, You have to have the mental strength to get
towards what you want.
5. One of my most outstanding achievements consists of having to raise at least $700 in a food fair;
for Track and Field, we have started with $30 and ended up with $700, that I must say it was one
of the greatest best-selling experiences I have done. Great customer service was the main thing
here. And we had it.

Personality / Work Style

1. Both. Definitely both, if it takes teamwork, its teamwork, and as a team we will work. Now when
it comes to being isolated, I will make it work, I will finish it, and it will be on time. I believe I
didnt mention before, it bugs me when I dont complete assignments on time, so now knowing
that, believe me I will do things on time.

2. I handle criticism very well, if it comes with great feedback, I will do my best to keep it up, and if
its negative, I will try my as hardest to improve in whatever Im doing wrong.
3. I handle stress pretty well, especially when it comes to having homework in all six classes, and
having to babysit once you get home, also keep up with sports, I believe I can handle the stress.
There might be a point where I have a mental breakdown, but as said, keep your emotions and
personal life out of the workplace.
4. One of my biggest weaknesses is that everything has to be in place, perfect to be exact, if
something is out of place I will have to walk over there and fix it. One of my strengths is to be on
time. If you manage your time well, you wouldnt have a problem right.
5. My organization skills, as I have said before, everything has to be in place. In order. As to say,
organizing my nephews birthday party. Which is a current event. I have planned my nephews
birthday party, by which you have to get everything ready in time, so you have to order the cake
and favors 2-3 months before just in case the ladys busy doing other cakes, during that week/day,
or party favors wont be available until Halloween and such, that takes responsibility and
organization; lots of it.
6. Both. If we were all leaders we will want things to go our way, and that will get us annoyed and
we wont go anywhere. As followers, we will be waiting forever to be given orders, and we
wouldnt go anywhere as well. Personally I work with both, depending the situation, there comes
a time where you will be a leader, and a follower.

Work Ethic
1. Im a very hard worker, I self-motivate myself, and work as hard as I can to achieve the
companys goal and my goal.
2. My biggest motivation is the feedback people give me, if theres no feedback, then find
something that can keep your mood up, you have to do what you have to do.
3. My dependability terms are quite well, I can depend on myself very good, I have been ever since
I lost my parents. I believe that I have the mentality to depend on myself; to do great things in the
future, as to say if people say negative comments about you, you shouldnt let that bring you
down, and it should bring you up and show them that you can do it.

Goals
1. My future goals consist of graduating high school this upcoming year, as soon as I get out of high
school, spend most of the time at the beach, maybe take a road trip and get ready to make my way
to college; my dream college is Humboldt State University, it is in Northern California a couple
hours away from San Francisco Bay. I will hopefully be attending and studying Criminology Justice
and Studies getting my bachelors and heading to get my masters maybe work in a local police
department and making my way up towards a forensic scientist and/or a special agent. In
approximately 10 years I will want to be waking up and seeing another beautiful day, heading to the
greatest job in the world, doing what I love and helping others; thats one of the best things life can
give you, and what you can give. Having the ability to help others brings me joy, knowing that you
did that, that you have helped them in whatever the situation they were in; its such an amazing
feeling; and by doing that it motivates me to do that much more often, to keep doing what I do best
and thats the best thing that you can ever give.
2. The first step to achieving my goals is to reinforce my social skills. It will help me break out of my
shell much more and motivate me to keep my head up, no matter what happens not matter how bad
the situation get you have to keep your head up.
