This website is for students, parents and teachers. ABCya is for

grades Pre-K through fifth grade. There is a tab for each grade level. Once you get to your
desired grade level, you can choose from activities for letters, numbers, holidays, strategies, and
skills. This website is basically a variety of games that help students with each of the following
categories. Once kids choose a game there is instructions listed there for them to follow. It is
super interactive and helps students learn but also have fun while doing it! These computer
games have been created and realized under direction of a certified technology teacher and have
been trusted by parents and teachers for 10 years. ABCya is free for use on PCs but mobile
devices require a paid subscription to access all content. www.abcya.com

This website is interactive for students and teachers. It is for Kindergarten

through twelfth grade. It features the subjects of math and language arts. Students can click on
their grade and subject. It then shows every skill/objective the students will learn for that grade
level. Then, they can scroll over the objective and it will provide the students with a sample
problem. In order to get access to the full website and all the games it has to offer to help
students learn the objectives you must buy a membership. Parents can buy the membership for
$9.95 a month or $79 yearly. Teachers can get a classroom trial to use in their class to see if they
like it, and they also get cheaper quotes when purchasing. The website keeps the
parents/teachers up to date of what their child/student is learning and how they are accessing the
website. Another great attribute to this website is it has a link to common core standards which
teachers can use to view their states standards and find practice problems, and track students
performance. This website is a great tool for teachers to help their students learn while having
fun and allows them to keep track of their students progress. https://www.ixl.com/

This is a website that students K-5 can use to help them with reading
skills! Books are categorized by leveled books, alphabet books, decodable books, read-aloud
books, and even more! As children read they can take quizzes and do activities based off the
books. This is an excellent resource for teachers because they can buy a membership, some
schools even buy the program for the entire school to use. Teachers give students a specific login
and teacher can track their progress and see where they are! There also benchmark assessments,
high- frequency tests, and running records! This software is research based and has clear
undeniable results! I highly recommend this resource to teachers who want to keep their students
excited and engaged in reading all while keeping track and progress of each student!

This website is an interactive tools for students, teachers, and even

parents too! This website helps students learn math and love it at the same time! This resource is
for K-8. The curriculum is aligned with the common core standards so you know your students
will be working on relevant math concepts. This website is also great because it will teach the
lessons in English as well as Spanish for ELL students. This is especially nice to help kids not
feel slowed down by their language barrier. Dreambox offers intervention for struggling students
and enrichment for those students who just need a little extra. This website does cost to join but it
well worth it. Depending on where you teach, some schools buy this software for their teachers
to use. This software has also been researched and tested and shows positive results in students
math abilities. Also, parents can buy this software for their child and they can work on it at
home! I highly recommend this resource to teachers looking to spice up their everyday math
lesson! Let your students learn and have a blast while doing so. www.dreambox.com

Head sprout is a researched based learning system that helps

students read, comprehend, and think critically about text. The lessons are structured to the
individual. There are 130 adaptive online episodes that progress from early foundational reading
skills to comprehending and thinking critically about texts. Students first take a pre-assessment
to assure they start at the right place in the episodes. This resource is good for K-4 level reading.
Headsprout gets students ready at an early age for testing they will face to enter colleges by
teaching them four types of questions consisting of: cue words, mostly about, find fact, and
vocabulary. In a large study examining 4th grade reading growth, schools that used Headsprout
showed 7 times the gains than those schools who did not use it. With this program, teachers can
login and monitor each of their students progress and see areas of strengths and weaknesses.
Teachers may also make their own assignment on the program for their class to do! This website
is amazing and a great tool for teachers to keep track of their students reading progress.
