Job 2 Project Accountant

The construction and engineering
industry is going through massive
changes and incredible growth.
With the expansion of our clients
business into Western Australia, a
new role has been created for a
Project Accountant to be based in
Perth.
The role as the key finance
contact on projects will report to
the Project Manager and involves:
budgeting and forecasting
for a seven-month project
preserving the General
Ledger
preparing a weekly cost
report
maintaining strong networks
with stakeholders.
This highly regarded position suits
an individual with a tertiary
qualification. A degree in
economics/accounting is preferred
but not essential. The role will
consist of regular travel to on-site
locations so the chosen individual
will have the capacity to be away
from home for up to one month.
Persuasive and individual with
strong negotiation skills and the
ability to forge strong business
relationships will be regarded
highly. Strong time management
and problem-solving skills are
attributes to success in this
