Reading the book about " habitat creatures". (5 minutes)
In the activity I will ask them where is the Ecuador ? Is the number of
population increase or decrease? Is the area of the jungle increased or
decreased?
Independent Experience (small group activity 1)
They will find the impact of increasing the number of population on the
area of jungle in the Ecuador.
They will give the reason "Why increasing the number of population
decrease the areas of jungle?"
It will help them to explore how decrease the areas of habitat creatures
and increasing the number of population are related to decrease the

number of creatures.

Checking the answers with the students.
Reading the paragraph of extinct and endangered creatures.

The second activity will be a table.
They will read the paragraph talking about the reason of extinction many
types of creatures.
After they finish reading they will have different pictures of the types of
reasons. The students will categorize it appropriate square.
Then we will do the answers together and read the paragraph.

Used inquiry steps very well:
I planned for inquiry steps that help the students to engage, explore, explain, extend
their learning and to ensure about their understanding (Evaluation). This strategy
worked very well with the students.
In the first step of inquiry the students didn't with the video. However, I tried to ask
them question to engage them and say "New hand" or pick a girl who don't raise her
hand.
In exploring the new information I gave the students activity. This activity has statistic
which the students will work in groups to solve this statistic. The goal of this activity is

to help them to know 1 reason of reduce the number of creature.


The students explore new information by giving them 5 minutes to read the paragraph
and I said to them tell me about it.
To extend the information, they read the paragraph and categorized the reasons that I
gave them.
I explained the information after they finished the activity and gave them examples to
extend their learning.
To evaluate their understanding, I asked random students about the important points
which are what is the different between extinct creature and endangered creatures and
what is the reasons.
EBI:
Using intonation:
The science teacher said you didn't used intonation. In some point you have to raise
your voice and in other points you have to low your voice. That way the students will
remember the points more. Intonation help the students to engage more with the
lesson.
