To create and embrace content honoring individuality, while

offering working atmospheres of independence, respect, and positivity.
I will
accept individuals no matter what their backgrounds may be...Honoring my
belief that all should be treated with respect and offered equal opportunities.

Offer an ex-con who has proven himself/herself qualified in the workplace the same
opportunities as fellow co-workers.
Treat all co-workers with different lifestyles, such as an identified transgender, equally
while considering and respecting their perspectives in the workplace.

show compassion and confidence towards less experienced individuals than I...

Honoring my belief that everyone is capable of growing a confident mind and

prosperous career.
Push individuals to a more complex stage of professionalism no matter what their
previous experiences, or lack thereof, may be.
Speak positively to those more and less experienced than I; steering away from talking
down and being condescending towards individuals in the profession.
I will
treat others as Id like to be treated by stepping forward and helping colleagues
move up the ladder...Honoring my belief that accountability is critical in a field where
everyone works not only for personal gain, but as a team.
Assist with tasks/projects where coworkers fall short or lack the skill(s) to finish a job in
the best way possible, especially when a deadline is present.
Introduce others to the right professionals when asked to be connected to
advantageous persons within the industry.

be trustworthy when creating, producing and distributing content... Honoring
my belief that honesty within the profession is key to evolving trustworthy
relationships.
Respect subjects by gathering truthful information and producing content without
tweaking or changing essential personal experiences within based on a true story
productions to enhance outcomes of a more successful project.
Clearly and truthfully communicate/interact with fellow professionals during every
stage of the production process to gain respect as an individual professional.

respect myself by furthering my professional skills as I prevent those in positions
of authority from taking advantage of my talents, passions, uniqueness and personal

Continue educating myself on news within the entertainment industry on a global scale
to keep a well-rounded knowledge of society and current events.
Work as an individual towards prosperity rather than imitating, or using others as a
means, to gain favorable outcomes such as using anothers likeness, talents, or level of
professionalism for success within the industry.
