CONCLUSION
I really enjoyed learning about the nurse managements field. It
allowed me to see more then just the patient walking into the clinic
perception. It allowed me to have the inside look and understanding
of how everything takes place behind scenes. As well as all the
requirements necessary for one patient to be treated.
To summaries my product of the developing the characteristics of
tomorrows nurses, you really have to love and have a passion for
the career you chose in the health care profession. That will truly
help an employee to develop their characteristics much faster.
