health.
Performance Indicator: Set a personal health goal and track progress toward its achievement.
Objectives:

Students will be able to identify activities for healthy exercise that they can accomplish
on a regular basis.
Students will be able to create a weekly plan for exercising 5 days a week.
Students will be able to track exercise activity, attempt to follow their weekly, and record
comments on their physical activity for the week.
Can effectively plan but needs parental supervision when following through with plans
Likes to play and engage in games and other various physical activities
Learns best through active participation
Can easily identify likes and dislikes, and express them openly
Like to know the purpose of class activities

week, keep a record of physical activity for the week, but was not able
to write down comments for each day that physical activity took
place, was unsure of strengths and weaknesses.
Able to complete 30 minutes of physical exercise only 3 days of the
week, but was not able to write down comments for each day that
physical activity took place, is unsure of strengths and weaknesses as
well as likes and dislikes.
Unable to complete 30 minutes of physical exercise on 5 different
