Course Name: Body Transformation
Course Length: 15 Weeks
Course Type: Online
Average Student:
High School/Adult Student. No pre-requisite. Introduction level health and
fitness.
Content Analysis:

Students should be able to take pictures of themselves and upload them.

Students should be able to use basic computer software such as Internet
Browser, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. (Assumed General Information)

General Goals:

Learn about common exercises


Learn common nutritional concepts
Adapt to a new life style
Strengthen the knowledge of health and fitness
Understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle

Enhancing Learning:
This course will give hands on experience in learning how to become
healthier and fit by following instructions set in each module. By learning the
material given in this course, the students will transform their body and mind
to a healthier version of themselves, be able to convert the information given
in the course and convert it into their lifestyles, and pass on their knowledge
to others and to motivate them to transform their lives. This is to work with
your life and not fight it.

General Course Assessments


Discussion Boards: This assessment is for interpersonal interactions and to
replicate the robust discussions that take place in a regular classroom, and to
collaborate and share ideas.
Journal: This assessment will measure the everyday habits of the student to
see what could be better the next day and to help with changing the mental state of
the student.
Multiple Choice Exams: This assessment will measure the knowledge
retained by the notes that are given in the class.
Journey Project: This assessment is to measure the progress for the
individual student that has occurred throughout the course.
Make Your Own Plan Project: This assessment will demonstrate that the
students understand the material given to incorporate the material into a plan they
come up with.
Feedback Survey: The surveys are to help the instructor and the students
for future course.
Self Test: These self tests will measure the knowledge of each module per
week of the student.
List of Goals: This list will help the students realize what they are working
toward, and to see if they reach the goals by the end of the term.
Motivational Plan: This plan is to show what motivates the students on a
daily basis or during their workout.
Daily Regimen: This is to show what the student is doing on a daily basis
and what they can change.
Determined Methods List: This is so the students will be able to show what
it is that keeps them determined.
Cheat Day Plan: The plan is for the students so they do not deviate from the
plan too much and keep them on course.
Lifestyle Change Process: This is a comprehensive look through their
progress.
