Leadership beyond the School Borders

For the welfare of all youngster in the city or region and for the improvement of the profession
school leader are engaged in activities beyond their schools and intensifying cooperation,
forming networks, sharing resources, or working together other schools or communities around
them. According to Hopkins (2008: P.15) system leadership is, a systemic approach that
integrates the classroom, school and system levels in the pursuit of enhancing student
achievement. School leaders can improve their school environment, culture as well as
structures creating successful coordination among different communities (Hoog et al., 2005).
