Math We have finished Topic 8. We had the test today test.

On Monday we will introduce Topic 9. Topic 9 is all about fractions and decimals. Tuesday we will be having a math scavenger hunt!
Reading After the Thanksgiving, we will take a break from
our books. We will read and do a book study of They Last Holiday Concert by Andrew Clements. A humorous story about
the difference between popularity and leadership.
GrammarWe will be editing and reviewing
Writing We will continue to work on our research paper of a
famous athlete.
Spelling No Test next week, but here is a preview of the next
test
Social Studies Students will be having a Chapter 4 test on
Monday. They have a study guide. Please study!
Science Unit 2 is the study of Conservation of Matter. We
have learned about solids, liquids and gases. We are currently
learning about physical and chemical changes that take place
in matter.
