As-Syakirin means The people of Grateful in Arabic
Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Also known
as KLCC mosque as it is very close to it.
Established in 1996 and it undergoes major expansion in 2009
to increase its capacity from 6000 to 12000 so that it able to
sustain congressional prayers during Friday.

Masjid Negara is Malay for National Mosque
Located near Pasar Seni, Kuala Lumpur.
Established in 1965 on a former site of a church which has the
capacity of 15000 people. It becomes a symbol of an
independence and moderate Muslim country. The mosque
went into major renovation in 1987.

MASJID SULTAN SALAHUDDIN ABDUL AZIZ, SHAH ALAM

The mosque is named after Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz, the
eighth Sultan of Selangor. It is also known as Shah Alam
mosque.
Located in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Construction began in 1982 and finished 6 years later. It can
hold about 24000 people and is the largest mosque in
Malaysia.
