RESEARCH QUESTION

How labour relations affect job performance of a practitioner?

OBJETIVES

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Whether labor relations affect the performance of a practitioner in a company

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- Investigate are the most common problems are presented in a company
- Analyze whether gender factor in play an important role of companies
- Determining if the charges in a company have any influence when generate conflicts.

INTRODUCTION

A practitioner begin their working life at the time of their internships, where in some cases
the work experience becomes something essential to complete its workforce and labor out
stage. But as is common in business and everywhere sometimes problems where people
have conflicts with people who until now begin their working life occur.
It is said that when starting his career as practitioners, they begin their working life in a
particular company. This will serve them for that is the first step before leaving the stage
work which is somewhat complex for many people.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

Practitioners are considered by many companies as a cheap, very cheap labor. However,
practitioners make a work of the same level of responsibility of a professional person.
A problem that arises in many companies is the lack of adequate financial remuneration
practitioners, despite the DS007-2005-TR 28518 article, which regulates the law on labor
training methods in the art. 33 points: you cannot agree less with established by law
(minimum living wage), or give up their perception grant. Executives of public and private
companies say, wrongly, that as the company is investing its resources to train the
practitioner, it must repay that expense, and do not giving rightful compensation. These
companies also argue that, as the practitioner is not going to continue working on them, are
preparing someone to benefit other companies (Galloso, 2007).
ANALYSIS
Thanks to this project it was possible to conduct an analysis in which it was possible to
generate a different view on what is happening in companies with practitioners.
Where it could be determined it is there are a number of variables that play an important
role revolving contour to labor relations, such as:
Gender is one of the factors considered critical because according to studies by
psychologists and those companies say that people work best when dealing with the
opposite gender. Example: Man and Woman, instead the opposite happens when people of
the same gender bone occur in 50% say that labor relations may work but the other 50%
cant.
Another factor that was evident in this study was that the charges also play an important
role because many of the people who have a senior position think that having that office
can treat and send practitioners. They want this it happens when the temperament of these
practitioners is seen as something explosive.

Finally labor relations are closely linked to personal relationships, which are being built in
areas such as family, friends, school, college, work, etc. If these relationships are not very
good people will be reflected in labor relations where there are fundamental things that can
affect these relationships such as shyness, low self-esteem, etc.

CONCLUTIONS
In the this project the different factors the difficulties and problems presented by
practitioners evidencing companies.
Practitioners must enter organizations with the best attitude to avoid situations that
prevent a good working environment; it is advisable for companies to incorporate
motivational courses and interpersonal communication for permanent employees and
trainees.
The company should ensure that senior practitioners manage a good voice when giving
information or orders, as this influences that understand what is meant and is not going to
generate bad situations.
Professional practicum for students is important for the professional growth of each of
which will present is the important for companies and universities to ensure that it will
generate the proper and appropriate learning for everyone fields in which practitioners will
perform.
Business practices has been characterized by its quality because of the relationship
between the university and the business sector and the monitoring of students to more
easily adapt and develop a business improvement project.
