landcommissioniscreatedineachofthecountiesofthisState,consistingofthecountytreasurer,county
auditorandclerkofcourt,allactingexofficio,whoshallservewithout

bodyofanycountymayalsoserveontheforfeitedlandcommissionwhenofficiallydesignatedsotodobythecounty
legislativedelegationandinsuchcaseheshallhaveequal

Whenany
municipal

corporation
desirestosetupandputin
operation
acommissionforthepurposeofbuyinglands
soldundertaxexecutionsfortaxesorassessmentsduesuchcorporation,itstowncouncilmaydesignateoneor
more,notexceedingthree,oftheofficersofsuchmunicipalcorporation,byresolutiondulypassedandenteredupon
theminutesofanyregularmeetingofsuchbody,astheforfeitedlandcommissionofthemunicipality.Thepersonor
personssodesignatedandtheirrespectivesuccessorsinofficeshallexofficioconstitutetheforfeitedland
commissionofsuchmunicipality.Thecommissionshallreceivesuchcompensationforitsservicesasmaybefixed
bythemunicipality.Everyforfeitedlandcommissionsetupandestablishedunderthetermsofthissectionshallbidin
landssoldundertaxexecutionfordelinquenttaxesorassessmentsduetothemunicipalityunlesssuchlandsbring
theamountoftaxesandcoststhereon,taketitlethereto,lookafterthepreservationthereof,rentthemandcollectthe
