Miranda and Ferdinand Reflection

In class, we asked to answer the question Has Miranda and Ferdinands relationship
evolve? (Ever since their last encounter which was the first time they met). In my answer, I said
that I do not believe that their relationship has evolved and I also stated that their relationship is
not based on true love like they say. They feel so connected because of the attraction they have
for each other and as for Miranda, Ferdinand is the first man she has ever saw other than
Prospero, so for her, she doesnt know what love is and she doesnt know that there are so many
other boys like him other places. Sadly, she has been in the island alone by herself for so long
that I think she doesnt care who it is and how this person acts, she just wants to be in love with a
boy around her age. As for Ferdinand, he states that he has seen and been with many women
back in his home, but he has never saw any as beautiful as Miranda which is more evidence that
for Ferdinands point of view, its all in the looks so that is why he states to be in love with
Miranda. For Miranda, it is both the attraction and how shes been lonely for all of her life and
all she wants is a companion, even better if its a boy that she can marry and be happy with for
the rest of her life. As for the standards that meet with my writing, standard ELAGSE9-10RI2
met with my piece because I stated my main claim that was made about the topic and I listed
some indirect evidence and I stated the main summary of why I made my claim.
