PURPOSE
The purpose of this instruction is to have guidelines for Cutting
Machine Operation.

SCOPE
This procedure applies to Cutting Machine Safety Operation.

RESPONSIBILITY
3.1.

Plant Manger

Oversee the production process on Cutting Machine operation.

Production Manager

Monitor the activities of Cutting Machine activity.

Operator

Operator shall be responsible that the machine is in good running

condition.

SAFETY MEASURES
4.1.

Do not use the machine unless you are authorized or have been
instructed in its use and operation.

4.2.

Protective Equipment Required: Protective Clothing, Eye Protection,

Steel capped boots and Long hair Restrained.

PRE-OPERATION
5.1

Ensure fixed guards are in place to prevent hands or other parts of

the body from entering the trapping space.

5.2

Inspect equipment before use, for damage parts and cords.

5.3

Guards or safety devices must never be removed or adjusted,

except by and authorized person for maintenance purposes.
