Write our questions of the day on the board: As we watch this video today, we are
going to be looking to answer two different questions. Once again, we are not
going to go over the answers after class, but I will pause the video at different key
moments for you to record your responses.
I expect you to be listening carefully to the following things:

Write two questions on the board. As students watch the Battle of Bunker Hill
Episode number 8 of Libertys Kids, they should answer the question:
On which Hill did the Battle actually take place?
and
Development
Who actually won the Battle of Bunker Hill?
We are going to be watching a reenactment of the first battle of the
Revolutionary war. (Watch entire episode)
As we learned in the Shot Heard Round the World, the tension between the
British and the Colonists has finally snapped. War is going to break out.

Closure

What were both perspectives of the Battle of Bunker Hill? Both the British and the
Colonists side are represented well in this video. What are both their perspectives?
Hand out the review sheets. Have students work on these review sheets tonight so
they can come with questions tomorrow.
