Procedures/Activities:

-Independent Practice

Once students have presented their biographies, I will present my autobiography. I

will then explain what a autobiography is, and tell them they get to write their own
autobiographies. I will ask the class what they think should be in a autobiography,
and write their ideas on the board.
Teacher Input: I will have modeled what my autobiography is, and know the
students can write theirs
CFU: I will work the room and ensure that students are on task and understanding
what I asked them to do.
Guided Practice: The students will write their own autobiographies
Closure: Once the students finished writing theirs I will ask them to share with the
classroom
Independent Practice: I will ask the students to draw (at home) a picture that best
represents them and attach it to their autobiography.
