knowshowitisinS.C.hehasspentthemajorityofhislifeinS.C.Thisexplainsmy2ndreasonastowhy
S.C.violatesthe8thAmendmentlockedinsidearoombeingtreatedlikeananimal.

Third,Solitaryconfinementisaviolationofthe8thamendmentbanagainstcruelandunusual
punishmentbecausesolitaryconfinementisdebilitatingnofamilyvisits,nophonecallsnightmares,and
hearingvoicesinsideofyourhead.KirbyTatesaidtheisolationwasdebilitatingnofamilyvisits,no
phonecalls,nightmares,hearingvoicesinsidehishead.ThisshowsthatS.C.iskeepingyouawayfrom
everythingontheoutsideandtheonlyhumancontactyouhavearewiththeguards.Itsmakingthem
weakliketheyhavenohope.ThissupportsmyreasonbecauseS.C.makesyoualone.Youhaveno
friendsorfamilywhenyouareinS.C.theonlythingyouhavearewalls,adoor,abed,achair,andthe
soundsoftheguardsandotherprisoners.Thisexplainsmy3rdreasonastowhyS.C.violatesthe8th
Amendmentitisdebilitating.

Finally,Solitaryconfinementisaviolationofthe8thamendmentbanagainstcruelandunusual
punishmentbecauseitsendpeoplebacktotheirneighborhoodsworsewhentheycametoprison,youre
lockedinsidearoomfor23hourstreatedlikeacagedanimal,and
solitaryconfinementisdebilitatingno
familyvisits,nophonecalls,nightmares,andhearingvoicesinsideofyourhead.SolitaryConfinementis
cruelandusualbecauseyou'rebasicallyaloneinthere.
