Project: Exhibition Promotion at Flower Show

Date: April 5, 2010

Theme: How is YOUR Home Time?

Purpose: Introduction of Re-Branded Image & Increasing subscriber base.

Goals:

- Attract quality visitors

- Sign 50% on spot (reconnection & new)

- Get feedback on service (via questionnaire, interaction)

- Introduce Service to new areas (Whitehouse, Brompton etc)

Key words: reliability, service, new, improved, upgraded, consistency, customer,


relaxing, Hometime

Materials: Hometime Shirt w/ logo, Promotional Literature (brochures, flyers),


Hometime Banner, Television with Hometime service.

Resources: Human Resources, Dance hall bus, Chairs, Table, Food, Electricity,
Cable connection, TV.

Strategy: BEFORE EXHIBITION:

- Send out direct mail in newspapers, place some at library, schools, Western
Union etc and other high foot traffic locations.

- Place notice messages in strategic areas advertising even

AT EXHIBITION:

- Set up booth strategically located near to cable access with attention


grabbing banner

- Have staff/temp walk around with Hometime shirt with question “How is Your
Hometime?”

- Hand out promotion literature while interacting with visitors, trying to make
sales.

- Emphasize the Hometime brand by presenting the service we offer, detail


how we are better than competition (TVJ, CVM, satellite TV etc). Emphasize
better guarantee, delivery (fibre optic), lowest price and variety

- Develop a prospecting list of customers.

Activities:

- Have a demonstration of Hometime service by inviting customers to sit in


chairs and experience service.

- Participate in a competition (channel finding, etc)

- Dancehall Bus with music/dancing and Hometime message

- Snacks for visitors who sit and enjoy Hometime service.
