    -Pain in Rt. Upper back and rt. Mid back region(Trigger points in upper trapezius and
    rhomboid muscle)
    -Lateral knee pain in both the knees.
    -Pain in rt.shin bone near the ankle jt.

    Rx
    -Undergoing Physiotherapy treatment (moist heat therapy,Us,IFT and
    exercises/stretche

    Advised rest and if required low intensity light activities during the
    period of t/t of 10-12 days.
