Students will
show their
understanding
of the idea of
fair use by
showing parts
of a whole.
This will be
shown through
the idea that
students can
only use 10%
of another
persons work.
They will
calculate how
much 10% is
by dividing up
the other
persons work
and calculating
how much 10%
is.

Students will
create an
equation that
shows how to
find 10% of
another persons
work. They will
share this
equation with
the class and
together as a
class create a
class equation.
Each student
will share their
equation on
their ePortfolio
for others to
see.

Other
Reflection:
Through my matrix, I tried to include activities that could be versatile for any topic or subject. By using Storybird, I think
that students can show their understanding of a topic in their own way, it also allows the teacher to assess what they have
learned and see how well they understood each concept. While doing this matrix, I really liked how the idea of creating a story
could cover so many different content areas. I think that it is a great way for students to be creative with what they learn. This
matrix and lesson plan helped me think about TPACK in different ways. The lesson that I worked with does a great job of including
all three aspects of TPACK, content, pedagogy, and technology. Overall I am very excited to get to incorporate Storybird into my
future lesson plans.
