1. What skills or incentives do you possess which will make your job more successful on your campus?
I have experienced working in grades 1-3rd as a full time substitute. I have also been a long term substitute. The skills I
provide include time management, classroom management, dependability, flexibility, working well with students, maintaining
and organizing lesson plans, implementing a teaching structure for my students, and encourage creative thinking. My
incentive is simple, I want to help each and every student be successful and understand the material I provide for them while
maintaining safety rules and precautions. I provide good teamwork by helping other people out with jobs that do not benefit
myself. My effort in making my job more successful at my campus is by understanding the priorities in my job and what
establishes success within my campus. I try to focus on my tasks in a quick and efficient manner to minimize time of not
doing something productive.
2. What are two campus goals related to your position will you focus on in the coming year?
My two campus goals would include completing my PPR and Generalist Test to be a more educated instructor.
3. What personal goal will you focus on in the coming year?
My main personal goal is graduating and becoming a teacher at Austin Elementary.
