With Due Respect I beg to say that I belong to Motihari Bihar, and I am Currently preparing for
Engineering Services Examination Conducted by UPSC. As result on 1st of Nov 2015 it s very difficult for
me to go to polling booth station in Motihari Bihar to cast my vote due to several reasons one of them is
the Reservation in Indian railway (both side) is almost impossible (due to festive season).

Sir I am very much eager and enthuse to cast my vote for the first time and its my constitutional right
too.. !

So Sir please suggest me Practical solution such that I could cast my vote and can exercise my
constitutional right for the first time .

I hope you you will reply me with the best possible solution which will help me to cast my vote !
