NARRATIVE REPORT
Gulayan sa Paaralan
S.Y. 2015 - 2016
I. INTRODUCTION
The school has been a basic foundation of skills and learning and is the ideal
point for a project. One of the projects implement by Caduldulaoan Elementary School
is the Gulayan sa Paaralan, and a full support for the DepEd Memo No. 295, series
2007.
It encourages and promotes the school children to plants green leafy vegetables
at home and school backyard garden areas as part of their sharing and implements
consumption of vegetables among their community for a better healthy and balanced
diet.
We planted different kinds of vegetables like Malungay, Papaya, Kamote, Saluyot
and other vegetables.
II. OBJECTIVES

To awaken the pupils consciousness the realization of how important vegetables,


their nutrients, their vitamins, and effect of healthy living.
To increase their awareness on hunger issues and actions to mitigate
malnutrition among their family.
To encourages for every community to cooperate and shares reproduction of
green leafy vegetables in their backyard garden.

III. ACCOMPLISHMENT
A. PRE-IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

Pupils from Grade Four to Grade Six encourage to have a plot where they plant
different vegetables.
School Head allotted budget from MOOE for the agricultural seeds.
Every parents encouraged to plant at least one Malunggay in our school yard.
Encourages for every community to cooperate and shares reproduction of green
leafy vegetables in their backyard garden.

B. POST IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

Every kids were able to reproduce the green leafy vegetables from MAKAPASA
activity (malunggay, katuray, papaya and saluyot), and some healthy and fresh

vegetables like okra, eggplants, squash, sweet potato and cassava for the
implementation of Gulayan sa Paaralan.
