Job Description
Business Process and Analytical Skills, Process Flow Charts, Functional process of
knowledge of Manufacturing and/or Contracting domain
1. Analyze / Evaluate all existing processes and identify the bottlenecks, business
risks, duplicate activities and support to improve processes
2. Planning, performing and implementing process improvement initiatives
3.Align process improvement initiatives with business objectives
4. Participate change management activities and prepare recommendation for
change
5. Documenting As-is and Propose process flow
6. Sign-off with end user on documentation and develop scope for software
development and customization
7. Lead and ensure software developed are within scope defined with assistance of
Testing team.
8. Roll out systems and end-user training.
