Note: My Cumulative GPA does not reflect my current progress in
school, as I struggled with organization and study habits during my
freshman year. As a result, I attended Hargrave Military Academy
summer program 2013 where I took English and Leadership in
hope of improving my study habits and my academic success. This
highly structured environment helped me immensely. I achieved a
GPA of 4.3 for my junior year. I also took a CPCC online class in
Psychology during summer of 2015 to allow me to take 2 science
courses my senior year.

AP classes:Chemistry, Calculus AB, Physics 1, Environmental Science,
United States History.
Honors Classes:Geometry, Biology, Algebra 2, Chemistry, Civics &
Economics, Strings 2 & 3 & 4, Pre Calculus, English.

Cross Country - Leading varsity runner -

August 2013-present
I started cross country just to try a sport with my school, but quickly
fell in love with it. Even off-season, I run 7 days a week and have
received the MVP award for the last two years. This year, I am a
captain of the team. Participated in States competition.
Track & Field - Leading varsity distance runner -
February 2014-present
2014 was the first year for PLP track and I immediately joined. I run
the distance events (3200m and 1600m) and have received the Pine
Lake Pride award in Track for 2014-2015.
Boy Scouts Troop 173 - Life Scout Rank -
February 2005-present
I am very involved in my troop, where we go on camping trips almost
monthly and complete service activities regularly. Attended Sea Base
and Philmont High Adventure trips. Troop Scout of the Year for 2
years (2011, 2013). Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow
since 2011. Troop OA adviser. Selected for National Youth Leadership
Training (NYLT) in 2011. I am currently finishing my Eagle Project and
planning on receiving the rank of Eagle Scout by the end of this year.
Flying - Soloed on my 16th birthday
I continue to fly with the goal of eventually receiving my Private Pilots
licence.

Ever since I have joined Boy Scouts I have been heavily involved in community service
projects, including Cub Scout Day Camp volunteer where I received Den Chief of the Week
award for summer 2015. I am also involved in numerous service hours with my church,

including Vacation Bible School. I have received the Presidential Service award every year
throughout high school, and currently have about 500 service hours since the beginning of
high school.
