MBA APPLICATION PROCEDURE

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective applicants must:

have earned a Bachelors degree

proficient in oral and written English
have at least two years work experience

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Submit the following preliminary requirements:

Application form with 2x2 ID photo

Official Score Report of GMAT or GRE
Resume
Copy of AIM official Application fee receipt
a. Email soft copy or scanned documents to requirements.admissions@aim.edu or
b. Send documents via postal or courier service:

2. First Notification from Admissions Office

An email notification of receipt of the preliminary requirements will be sent to you by the
Admissions office. If you qualify to the next step of the application process, you will be
required to submit the following final requirements:

Copy of transcript of academic records

One professional recommendation or photocopy of Certificate of Business Name
Registration (for self-employed applicants)
Application essays
Photocopy of NSO issued Certificate of Live Birth (for Filipino applicants) or ID page of
passport (for overseas applicants)
Medical certification/clearance

3. Second Notification from Admissions office

The Admissions office will inform the applicant of the preliminary results and/or schedule
the applicant for interview.

4. Notification of Application Result

The Admissions office will inform the applicant of the status of his/her application.

GUIDE FOR INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS

Applicants who are residing in Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia are required to
coordinate with the representative office of AIM in your respective countries.
Applicants who are residing or working in countries where AIM has no representative
office, you may send an email to requirements.admissions@aim.edu for information on how to
apply.
