ONG Non-Profit Organization

Focus on young people that couldnt achieved some academic levels

because of personal matters: from high school to major degree programs.

Age: from 20 to 40 years old.

The organizations purpose is to help them start a new lifes stage by

preparing themselves academically, so growing up personally, but always
contributing to the same cause.

ONG has to get them always active and engaged.

Live experiences, family meetings (for them to feel supported and

motivated), constant couching and mentoring from other people, they will
be provided with tools, they have to read, and actually demonstrate
advances by speaking in public.

Ordinary people from the ONG will pick a topic of interest, prepare a
great presentation and share it with everyone interested.

Advantages: them feeling worthy and proud of themselves, society

contribution with different perspectives and points of view (allow people
to talk aloud to be listened by important people rewarding them
someway), the growing of a new project.

Need: great preparation, constant effort, techniques, strategies.
